Over the last few years, I have provided my linguistic expertise to international agencies and clients in need of transcription services specialized in Market Research. I was responsible for analyzing, transcribing, and organizing spoken content (audio and video) in a way that facilitates its analysis and can be used to draw conclusions and make decisions for the particular project's goals.

More recently, I have collaborated with legal firms and other clients requiring transcriptions for several files that were being prepared to be used as evidence and supporting material during legal court cases.

A set of audio interviews with several doctors and medical professionals from particular fields to obtain their expert insight, comments, and feedback about new medications in development.

These interviews were held in Spanish with doctors from Spain and Latin America. They were transcribed, and translated into English, and arranged in a data sheet for further analysis.

A set of audio interviews with several patients and their families about their experience in the healthcare sector regarding medical procedures, treatments, and certain health conditions and diseases.

Testimonials

For this project, I transcribed and translated a set of videos of Spanish speakers participating in a market research project about product consumption, shopping habits, pricing of products, and opinions of current prices. The participants shared their testimonials, answered a list of questions, and performed some practical activities.

 

The audio was transcribed and translated and then shared with the international members of the team to revise and evaluate the information obtained from the research.

A set of interviews carried out by an organization with a members of the local community with the purpose of collecting testimonials, and understanding their experiences during the Covic pandemic.

The research was made in order to understand the current situation of the locals, and to make informed decisions on how to support them.

Phone Call Recordings

A set of phone call recordings between different people. The recordings (spoken in Spanish) were transcribed and translated to English in order to be presented as evidence during a court trial for the English-speaking jury to understand and evaluate.

The recordings contained private conversations between the parties involved during the trial. Their personal information was handled with discretion and must not be revealed outside of the courtroom. This image does not reveal any sensitive information regarding the case, it is simply being used as a work sample.
